Pammy's home...

(images courtesy of Bountiful and OK magazine)

I know these pics are as old as god and I know most of you have already seen and admired them but for my own personal record I just had to make this blog entry dedicated to Pamela Andersons California home. Absolutely beautiful comes to mind when I view these pics. Her home, to me, is a dream. I adore all her pale distressed furniture and accessories along with the floral accents. The cane swing in the sitting room, the seagrass stair runner, the exquisite chandeliers and omg THAT BED! *sighs*

Even rock chicks recognise and appreciate elegant girly beauty.

I always was under the impression Pam's home was decorated by Rachel Ashwell of Shabby Chic but now I'm led to believe it was the Bountiful company. I'm a little confused, if someone could clear it up for me I'd be forever grateful :)

Hello from Canada! I am reading one of Rachel's books and Pam is in it - her son's birthday party. I think they are neighbours and Pam is obviously influenced by Rachel, but it doesn't say whether or not she did Pam's decor. Loving your blog! Glorious!

Nope guys, Pam's house was done by Sue from Bountiful. They have a very long relationship. The store is INCREDIBLY expensive. In fact, it makes Rachel Ashwell seem cheap by comparison. It's a great place to go for inspiration, but unless you're a movie star, you probably won't be able to afford it. Example, a little marble based lamp that might be $80-100 at an antiques store (and much cheaper at a flea market) will be $500 at Bountiful.

Thank you anonymous for stopping by and clearing that up for me :) It's interesting to hear about Bountiful being so expensive. I always thought Shabby Chic was incredibly expensive, especially since Rachel always prides herself on working with a budget and buying at flea markets. I guess everyones out to make a buck or two :/

Anon is correct, Pam's house was decorated by Sue Balmforth at Bountiful. I don't think Sue is any more expensive than anyone else in Santa Monica...in fact she less than many stores in LA.
She really has a signature look and beautiful product!

Are you serious? I can't believe someone would leave such a breathtaking home, on the beach, to live in a highrise in Vegas!! But then again, this is Pamela Anderson we're talking about ;)

Thank you for the visit and kind comment Joni :)
